What's your favorite ones and why?

I don’t watch scary movies too often these days. Used to like Scream a lot but not too into slashers - would prefer more of a jump scare movie these days

I've always liked movies that are based on true events or ones that make you think.

My faves are the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Jacob's Ladder.

The Exorcist (1973) is my favorite scary movie.I also like Grudge, The Shinning, and The Ring.
